- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes per our detailed checklist
- Work as part of a 3-person professional cleaning crew
- Use OSHA-approved cleaning products and professional-grade equipment
- Maintain a high standard of quality and professionalism at every job
- Communicate professionally with team leads and occasionally with clients
- Reliable transportation to get to job sites
- Ability to pass a background check
- Physically able to perform cleaning tasks (bending, lifting, standing)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Experience preferred but not required — we train!

- Lead a 3-person cleaning crew on daily residential cleaning assignments
- Ensure all cleaning is completed to company quality standards
- Train new team members in our methods and expectations
- Communicate with clients professionally and handle any concerns
- Complete job documentation and checklists accurately
- 1+ year of professional cleaning experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Commitment to quality and attention to detail
